• No smoking, drugs, or excessive alcohol consumption in the vehicle.

5. Liability & Disclaimers

• Ride Share is a matching platform only; we do not employ drivers or directly provide transport services.
• Each party is responsible for their own safety and costs during the trip.
• We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from use of the service.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of Ride Share after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
